Legal Notice & Service Disclaimer
Marijean Laundry Services is committed to providing careful, reliable, and professional laundry services. By submitting items for service, customers acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for checking all pockets and removing personal belongings, valuables, money, electronics, and other items before submitting laundry. Marijean Laundry Services is not responsible for personal items left in pockets or within garments, linens, bags, or other items submitted for service.
2. Care Instructions
Customers are responsible for providing accurate care instructions and identifying items requiring special handling. Items without care labels or with unclear, missing, or inaccurate instructions may be processed according to standard laundry practices.
3. Existing Damage & Wear
Marijean Laundry Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, color fading, bleeding, shrinkage, weakened fabric, loose stitching, or damage resulting from the condition, construction, or prior treatment of an item.
4. Stains & Cleaning Results
While reasonable care is taken to achieve quality results, stain removal and cleaning results cannot be guaranteed. Some stains, odors, discoloration, and other conditions may be permanent or may require specialized treatment beyond standard laundry services.
5. Special Items
Customers should identify delicate, specialty, oversized, heavily soiled, or otherwise unique items before service. Additional charges, special handling requirements, or service limitations may apply.
6. Turnaround Time
Most orders are completed within 24–48 hours after pickup, depending on pickup time, order size, service requirements, and other circumstances. Turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed upon.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
Customers should notify Marijean Laundry Services of any missing or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery so the matter can be reviewed. Any resolution or reimbursement will be considered based on the circumstances and applicable service terms.
8. Unclaimed Items
Customers are responsible for retrieving completed orders within the agreed-upon timeframe. Additional storage fees or other charges may apply to orders that remain unclaimed beyond the designated pickup or delivery period.
9. Payment & Pricing
Services are subject to the applicable pricing in effect at the time of service. Additional fees may apply for special requests, specialty items, excessive soiling, rush service, or other services requiring additional time or materials.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Marijean Laundry Services, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and agreed to these service terms and understand the limitations associated with standard laundry care.
Marijean Laundry Services reserves the right to update these terms as needed. Customers will be notified of material changes to the service terms.
